Alissa Ramsay is a growth-focused team player and brand management innovator, with extensive experience in franchise operations, marketing, and revenue-generating management. Alissa has a rich history of community involvement and leadership in local, national and international growth initiatives. Alissa has honed her service-based franchise experience by directing franchise development, advancing marketing initiatives, and leading brand/product management projects. 

Before joining the franchise ranks, Alissa owned an award-winning small business. She understands what it takes to succeed as a small business owner and is passionate about helping franchisees succeed. 

Alissa earned her Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation through the International Franchise Association and a Franchise Management Certificate from Georgetown University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from The Ohio State University.
